The website www.triplosome.com is a website dedicated to the sale of active hemp seeds and all related derivative products (hereinafter the "Website").

When the Client chooses to purchase a Product directly through the Website, the data controller also collects payment-related details (including bank card, credit card, PostFinance Card, Twint).

Article 12: Dispute Resolution

This Privacy Policy, as well as any issues arising from or relating to it, shall be governed by Swiss law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes, claims, or disagreements between a User/Client and the Company relating to this Policy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the Company's registered office, subject to appeal before the Swiss Federal Supreme Court.
